Splurge-Worthy Dog Products that Can Function as Decor
Some of our favorite dog products that act as decor in our home.
It’s our dog’s birthday this week… and I am OBSESSED with him! His name is Bowen Pancake Miller and he is a Mini Bernedoodle. Andy wanted to name him something sentimental and I, well, wanted to name him Pancake, so we settled on Bowen Pancake. Our first date was at Bowen’s Wharf in Newport, RI and with our wedding was in Newport this Fall so it only felt right to reference a location that’s special to us.
Because of our new pup, I’ve spent the last few months trying to incorporate the items he needs into our home without making it feel like we live in a zoo. As I began shopping I couldn’t believe the limited amount of options I could find for dog beds, bowls, and more that would fit the decor of our home. I wasn’t even looking for difficult items, I just wanted something neutral that wasn’t cheesy or didn’t scream “crazy dog lady” (even if I am one). Below are some of the items I found, a few of which I purchased (and a few of which were outside my budget right now), that helped incorporate our pup into our home a little more seamlessly.
